  • Develop & execute HEAL TAP and Improvement initiatives, monthly status update meetings and reporting.
  • Moderate VSM workshop for 2 HEAL sites, drive A3 CIP strategic plan with cross functional team to materialize workshop target/objective. Result: RM1.14mil savings pa for SKF, JLC8 and RM168k savings pa for ACG, KLC3.
  • Led implementation of Smart Clock (LM Basic Tool) and Inventory Slotting Project at SKF, JLC8.
  • Collaborate with sites to strengthen LM maturity from developing to starter (planning forward). 40% of total sites in MY promoted to LM starter.
  • Manage and lead APAC pilot program LM Basic level implementation (Track & Improve). Successfully onboard SKF, JLC8 to LM Basic level within established timeframes.
  • Developed PowerBI dashboard to monitor Labor and MHE cost ratio for every sites & program.
  • Participate in PowerApps development program in MY. Successfully automate manual package audit checklist to PowerApps, eliminate paper, email communication and manual data entry. Save 13,000 papers and 270 man-hours per annum.

• Eliminate manual process of inbound receiving validation with excel solution. 98% process time reduction per ASN (773 secs to 13 secs per ASN)
