- Performed compressor performance analysis through CompCalc and led work planning for SmA TrA engine change-out, HPC & LPC compressor overhaul within 8 days to unlocked additional capacity
- Led multiple troubleshooting work and RCFA with minimum downtime for IB and SMK compressors e.g
- TrA hydraulic starter pump failure, TrC seal failure, SK175 DGS seal hang up & LO regulator block failure
- Challenged processes through PM optimization work for IBA SK175 resulted in 3 days 8KPM and turbine air intake upgrade evaluation to reduce engine wash frequency
- Developed troubleshooting guide for SmK compressors that enabled field team to perform first line troubleshooting without OEM rep
