Financial Management

• Create and manage costing for yearly collection, includes cost of making products, advertising and other forms of expenses
• Work with the Company's accountant on financial budgeting and product pricing

Operations and Marketing Management

• Lead and manage the team to streamline processes, including product design, material sourcing, production, inventory management, warehousing, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with other outsourced designers, product suppliers, and marketing teams to align product launches with business objectives. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry. • Develop a creative vision for the brand. Work with team to conceptualize and develop fashion editorials, campaigns, runway shows, and other fashion presentations, ensuring that the overall aesthetic aligns with the brand's identity and target audience.
• Oversee a team of stylists, photographers, seamstresses & other creative professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure that the team delivers high-quality work and meets deadlines.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, industry peers, and potential partners is essential for business growth and opportunities.
• Oversee and ensure social media campaigns and marketing platforms and teams are efficiently utilized especially during product launches.
• Involve in website creation, ensure improvement and maintenance for smooth customers' shopping experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Evaluate and ensure compliance with credit policies, assess credit risks, and analyze the effectiveness of credit processes and controls.

Credit Audit and Risk Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive audits of credit processes, policies, and systems.

A systematic assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Bank's management processes,

policies, and practices. It goes beyond financial

analysis to evaluate overall Bank's performance and the alignment of strategies, mission and vision.

• Evaluated how well resources (human, financial, physical, and technological) are utilized based on Bank's framework, policies and regulations.
• Ensure that the Bank's activities aligned with its mission, vision, and goals and all business processes are strictly adhered to Bank Negara regulations and best practices.

I involved in Management Audit Department where the role specifies in evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of the Bank's management practices, processes, and strategies while ensuring adherence to it's built framework, regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The position involved identifying performance gaps within processes, recommending improvements, and strict adherence to governance, Bank Negara regulations and operational standards.
