Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

- Lead engineer's for electrical team to solve current production issues and market return products for Dyson Customer.
- Weekly Supplier quality meeting with Dyson Customer to review quality issues for incoming, production & Market issues.

- Conducted supplier audits to detect pre-production weaknesses in supply chain and human resource assets
- Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within supply chain
- Work with supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures
- Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
- Promote use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing),
- Measurement System Analysis, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- Assessing product specifications of company audit suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements
