· Acted as QS consultant overseeing both pre-contract and post-contract phases, including preliminary costing and value engineering.

· Prepared tender documents and attended client-consultant meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements.

· Produced and submitted tenders as required, managed the tender process, and provided tender reports to clients.

· Evaluated claim submissions during the post-contract stage and produced payment certificates.

· Managed variation order costing and evaluations, and submitted final accounts, including back charge.
