I have extensive knowledge and skills in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) management, field service management, and instrumentation of control valves and actuators. * Responsible to lead and performing hook up & commissioning, actuated ball valve base on EPIC under ORIGInS project within Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) Peninsular (PMO), Sarawak (SKO) and Sabah (SBO)
* Performing trouble shooting, rectification and repairs on all supplied new actuated ball valves actuators, control systems, and instrumentation under ORIGInS project with minimal supervision.
* Visit client or remote location (Onshore & Offshore) to resolve or perform equipment’s maintenance survey also provide field operation support to customer in accordance to with the terms of customer contract and service level agreements (SLA)
* Perform Site Acceptance Test (S.A.T) by calibration, stroke testing and troubleshooting of actuated ball valves supplied as well as measurement to resolve customers needed
* Assembly of new equipment or repaired equipment with proper documentation of repair / testing / assembly activities / costing – cause of failure, action taken, parts used, labor hours, tools, equipment & consumables.
*To adhere, implement and strictly follow company’s Quality/HSE requirements at all times.
*To act quickly during emergency to safe own life, friends, and company properties (if possible).
*To adhere strictly to the company’s Emergency Response Preparedness Procedure (ERP).
*Provides and Demonstrates leadership and commitment in complying with Quality/HSE Management system and regulatory requirements.
*Monitor and record all incoming Mechanical Rotating & Static jobs and equipment at work place.
*Perform site visit/work scoping at offshore or onshore when necessary for Mechanical Rotating & Static Department and Valve Department.
*Prepare pre-inspection, disassembly & assembly report for Service Engineer when Applicable for Mechanical R&S and Valve Services Department.
*To assist Valve Department in coordinating, planning, and executing job in accordance and meeting client’s requirements.
*To assist Valve Department in identifying and planning for qualified resources.
*To identify and reports any non-conformities associated in products/processes, investigate, and propose their corrective/preventive action(s) for continual improvement.
