  • Formerly known as Nu Tower 1, Menara Allianz Sentral is situated within Malaysia’s largest transportation hub.
  • A 34-storeyoffice building owned by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission integrated with Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral


Menara 1194 - Exclusive Marketing and Leasing Agent for a 35 Storey Office Building

  • A redevelopment project by Permodalan Nasional Berhad for the formerly Malaysian Airline System Bhd's HQ along Jalan Sultan Ismail
  • Integration of a new five star hotel which is designed for platinum certification by the Green Building Index and a refurbished 35-storey Grade A office building


MCMC Tower 2, Cyberjaya - Provisioning of Leasing Management and Marketing Consultation Services

  • The project is a joint venture between TRX City Sdn Bhd and Lendlease. Lendlease Projects (M) Sdn Bhd is appointed as the design and head contractor


The Proposed Setia City Mall Phase 2 Retail Development (2018 - 2019)

  • The initial Phase 1 of Setia City Mall was developed by a joint venture between Lendlease and SP Setia
  • Setia City Mall Phase 2 is primarily the extension of the existing mall comprising both additional spaces for retail and car park


Pakej 1 - Cadangan Pembesaran Loji Rawatan Air Merlimau Fasa 2 dan Sistem Agihan (2017 - 2018)

  • The existing Merlimau Water Treatment Pant was commissioned in 2005 with a design capacity of 55MLD
  • The objective of this project is to provide an efficient and reliable water supply system that meets the increased water demand within the Merlimau residential/commercial area.


Constructionarium Kingsgate Footbridge (2014 - 2015)

  • A scaled down size of the Kingsgate Footbridge located in Durham, UK was constructed
  • This is part of the curricular undergone by second year students in the BEng Civil Engineering, University of Salford programme to engage students with real life construction management situations
