• Coordinated structural engineering for the RM249.2 Million multi-block development.
• Scope: Managed structural designs and detailed reports for 10-storey residential blocks (74 units), bungalows, semi-detached houses, and ancillary buildings.
• Prepared tender documentation, including structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) inputs, and specifications.
• Reviewed as-built conditions, ensured compliance, and coordinated design adjustments during final-stage construction.
• Verified structural adequacy for additional loads and architectural modifications.
Project 2: UPSI - Tanjong Malim Institutional Development | July 2024 – Present (Ongoing)
• Scope: Provided structural design and detailed reports for a 6-storey Admin Block, 2-storey Multipurpose Hall, Surau, and Electric Substation.
• Supported tender stage design reviews (piling plans, column schedules, slab plans) for all buildings, ensuring compliance with BS 8110 codes.
• Managed construction-stage RC detailing using Esteem 8.6 and AutoCAD, resolving load path clarifications and streamlining contractor submissions (shop drawings, RFIs).
