Project 1: Development of 259 Family Housing Units for the Armed Forces (RKAT), PUSPANAHAS – Putrajaya | July 2024 – Present (Ongoing)

• Coordinated structural engineering for the RM249.2 Million multi-block development.

• Scope: Managed structural designs and detailed reports for 10-storey residential blocks (74 units), bungalows, semi-detached houses, and ancillary buildings.

• Prepared tender documentation, including structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) inputs, and specifications.

• Reviewed as-built conditions, ensured compliance, and coordinated design adjustments during final-stage construction.

• Verified structural adequacy for additional loads and architectural modifications.


Project 2: UPSI - Tanjong Malim Institutional Development | July 2024 – Present (Ongoing)

• Scope: Provided structural design and detailed reports for a 6-storey Admin Block, 2-storey Multipurpose Hall, Surau, and Electric Substation.

• Supported tender stage design reviews (piling plans, column schedules, slab plans) for all buildings, ensuring compliance with BS 8110 codes.

• Managed construction-stage RC detailing using Esteem 8.6 and AutoCAD, resolving load path clarifications and streamlining contractor submissions (shop drawings, RFIs).

Project 3: Mixed-Use Development, MKH - LTAT | July 2025 – Present (Ongoing)

• Designed an 8-storey reinforced concrete (RC) car park structure, including complex transfer beams, during the preliminary design stage for client costing purposes.

Project 4: Construction of 700 units of 'Council Homes' apartments for DBKL, SG Besi Land Sdn. Bhd. | July 2024 – Present (Ongoing)

• Designed the structural system for the On-Site Detention (OSD) tank, including all relevant calculations and detailing, ensuring compliance with relevant water authority requirements.

• Attended regular coordination and site meetings, proactively resolving site queries and technical RFIs related to RC detailing and load paths to maintain project timelines.

• Conducted site inspections to ensure construction adhered to design specifications and quality standards.

FYP: Assessing the Feasibility of Sponge City Principles in Campus Water Management | University of Nottingham Malaysia
