• As a swimming pools consultant, i will provide professional knowledge and advise to clients regarding swimming pool design, build, refurbishment, M&E system and so on.
• My main Job scope is to manage customer expectation and sell our services to customer based on their requirement and budget.
• I do need to do some site visit to on-going projects.

- Provide professional customer services and advise to my customers before their decision.

-Make sure my sales target achieve and I never miss the target.

-Doing my best to sell all the products including Value Added services, Accessories and so on.

-Working closely with Branch Manager to ensure our monthly target achieve.

-Paper work twice or once a week after shop close.

-I am quarter top sales and best improver 2023 with proven certificates.

-I am able to deal with English speaking customers, Chinese speaking customers and also Malay speaking customers.

- Managing 5 team of Fibre products sales agents, each team was 3-4 person.

-Forecast the market and challenge of the Telco Industry and provide training , create sales strategies, enhance my staff's skill set.

-Attend meeting to Telekom Malaysia, Maxis and Astro Broadband as I am their authorised dealer.

- Monitor sales figure from both Individual plan and Corporate plan.

- Check and always change the strategy towards enterprise and residential consumers.

-Managing my monthly commitment all by myself including salary pay, accounting and so on.

My job scope in this company:

-Make sure my own sales target achieve.

-Monitor all my staff performances.

-Managing outlets daily operation.

-Store keeping

-Provide training and strategies when there's new products or challenges.

-Working very closely with general manager on sales, operation and future planning of the company.

- Arrangement for outdoor events.

-Make sure KPI hit every months.

- Working closely with sales manager on daily operation.

-After operation period, make sure Item sold and money collect is tally.

-Manage the stock in and out.

-Create Invoice to our vender and collect payment from them time to time.

-Calculate staff's salaries every end of months.

-Reporting to boss every month for him to understand his profit and loss.
