  • Joined this company on year 2006 as an admin assistant and being promoted to admin officer & executive over an 8-years career and existing was holding the post of assistant manager, admin
  • As a department head (admin) for the branch since year 2014, I have to control and monitoring the daily admin jobs routine in smooth process & ensure to compliance to company SOP all the time.
  • Assist Branch Manager to mange the sale for the branch, co-ordinate with internal & external parties to convert the sale concluded to register and final invoice besides to assist sales advisor to complete the full process until new vehicles was delivery to customer successfully
  • I do in-charge for motor insurance renewal & also new vehicle insurance for the branch and to assist for the branch insurance renewal target
  • To summarize my role play in this company, I was in-charge the role of sale booking, customer payments, insurance quotation/generate cover note/ NCD transfer/Policy cancellation, stocks allocation/swapping/transfer/change requests, file processing, new vehicle registration, final invoicing/MISC adjustments, HP loan submission & collection from banker, new vehicle delivery, documentation upload to specific system, documents batching & filling.
  • Also have to reply/feedback to all kinds of emails & reports send by different departments from HQ / customers / vendors and etc including to assist branch manager to reply the emails on behalf which attention to her
  • Besides the sale process, I am also have to supervised office maintenance tasks & resulting in a clean and conductive workplace environment and all the branch assets was in good condition eg. TV, air-conditioners, lighting and etc. Include to get comparison quotation from vendors to obtain approval from top management for all kinds of repair/maintenance/replace.
  • I am also handle the HR part of recruitment & resignation, to submit the related documents to upper level for approval and also to request all kinds of system access for the new recruit candidates. Sometimes have to assist to interview the candidates when branch manager is away.
  • Overall taking charge of all kinds of the administration works, daily cash banking process, able to stay back late to ensure all the final invoicing was completely done especially on month-end
