Process monthly payroll, allowances for the selected companies.
•Checking monthly payroll reconcile report – overtime, allowances, deduction etc (all Dollars, M & H, etc)
•Checking all types of letters & ensure letters has sent out to the respective store, file and update accordingly.
•Fully in-charge of payroll checker for ( all Dollars, M & H, etc)
•Assist in oversees submission team – ensure accurate and on time payment of all the allowances, filing system etc.
•Fully in-charged of SOCSO claim, ensure proper record into the SOCSO folder and on-time submission of SOCSO claim.
•Prepare monthly payroll report.
•Set up new company information in Orisoft System as and when is required.
•Process monthly housekeeping and process leave entitlement for new staff as and when is required.
•Follow up the resigned staff, breach of contract cases, documents required by JTK, SOCSO etc
•Others ad hoc assignment shall be informed from time to time.
