• Record public complaint and request with the detail of every action taken along with its date and time.
• Supervise site work such as maintenance work, pipe renewal, tapping work, flushing and appurtenances replacement.
• Inspect water pump at every booster station in Sibu and primelogger (NRW) to detect water leakage in the pipeline.

Capital Work Planning Department

• Supervise and update project site plan with the current situation on site.
• Keep updated with the water main reticulation system installation progress.

• Manage and supervise Soil Investigations teams while doing borehole logging (SEB CCPP, OM Material, Shell)
• Travel monthly to Tanjung Manis Port and Saratok to observe and record inclinometer reading.
• Conduct on-site test (Mackintosh probe testing, FDT, PBT, load test, downhole seismic, etc.)
• Conduct lab work regularly (compaction, cube test, grading, etc.)
