With over 22 years of experience, my career focus on architectural services, project management, and new business development studies. I have managed a various type of projects, including residential, commercial, public amenities, institutional, and mixed- developments. My career journey started in 2002 as a Project Architect at architecture firm, where I gained extensive experience in design and project execution.
In 2008, I became part of PMC Company Opus International (M) Berhad, which subsidiary under UEM Group (a government-linked company). I reported directly to the Senior Project Manager for the JSNAC (Johore State New Administrative Centre) Phase 2A and 2B, as well as the Federal Administrative Centre, JAC4. Thereafter, I was tasked with a special assignment for the LRT Extensions Project on Kelana Jaya Line and the Ampang Line. My responsibilities included handling the client's Terms of Reference (ToR), review and audit evaluation reports provided by consultants, and overseeing design aspects in architecture, landscaping, planning, and interior design.
In 2011, I accepted an opportunity with Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (PJH), where I started a new position supporting the General Manager, Business Development Division. My new role involved prepare new business development studies and feasibility assessments for new product proposals. To participate internal weekly meetings between the internal design team, sales & marketing, and consultants to update work progress and design issue. My work ensured that final deliverables were aligned with company objectives and met business development goals.
