Manage and oversee the whole quarry operations, starting from development works, drilling and blasting works, production works, and sales loading works. Compliance with the Safety, Health, and Environment Regulations. Making sure the production cost are within budget. Annual budget planning for quarry operations.

Travel to rural areas in Sabah to establish relationships with the locals and to carry out welfare and educational programs for youth and children who are less exposed to current issues.
