 Traveling can not only keep you healthier but also bring more fun and excitement to your life significantly.   With new embarkment which entice and enhance what I have innately.   This shall indeed makes me a stronger and positive person mentally and physically. 


Without a doubt, through reading in any media, I am widening my knowledge and keeping abreast with current events and happenings around and further away from me.  Similarly with meeting new people and travelling, this past time activity increases my cognitive strength to a higher level.
