Over the past seven years, I've accumulated valuable experience at Top Glove, starting as a production engineer to gain insights into processes and team management. Within 1.5 years, I was honored with the Top Glove Best Staff Award among the group's factories.
Subsequently, after five years, I was promoted to Manufacturing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Factory. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing factory output and quality, operational efficiency, machine engineering improvement and troubleshooting, P&L management, and coordination with all supporting departments to achieve factory goals.

- Responsible for ensuring productivity is aligned with shipments by optimizing the workflow and resource allocation within the manufacturing lines.
- Developed training programs cover product quality troubleshooting, standard GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and production standard operating procedures to production department.
- Plan and monitor shift change schedules, as well as budget for production worker overtime according to production output targets.
- Developed detailed production schedules to maximize equipment utilization while minimizing downtime due to maintenance or changeover activities.
- Analyzed production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leading to increased output and efficiency gains.
- Established yearly performance goals for production subordinates and conducted regular one-on-one sessions to provide and receive feedback aimed at reaching those milestones.
- Optimized product costing through diligent monitoring of utilities consumption, raw material usage per carton, and identification of any wastage that does not contribute to production yield.
