During my time as 3rd Commis Chef, I have participated as team at Sabah Hospitality Fiesta Year 2015 and won gold medal on Decorate Dummy Cake (Team) for excellent cake decorating together with my former colleagues and Pastry Chefs.
In the Year 2019, I participated as team at Sabah Hospitality Fiesta 2019 and our team won bronze for pastry cuisine.
