- Co-founded eGG Network, an internal startup of Astro Malaysia in esports and gaming with key focus in esports TV channel, live production, events, content marketing and talent management with offices in Malaysia, Manila and Taipei. Responsible for the business unit budgeting and P&L, contracts, business development, internal and external stakeholders management
- Secured a landmark deal with Moonton and created the first Mobile Legends Professional League in 2018 through 5 seasons
- Brought the biggest esports event into Malaysia - The Kuala Lumpur Major 2018 at Axiata Arena with partners PGL and Imba TV, subsequently hosted the first global esports event EA FUT Champions in Singapore and Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup at the Araneta Coliseum, Manila in 2019
- Led the team into securing a marque partnership with Facebook Gaming to manage over 600 gaming content creators from Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, South Asia excl. India, and Taiwan.

- Spearheaded esports content at Astro in 2015 with the first TV broadcast of The International Dota 2 Championship on TV and in cinema.

- TEEVEO won 2 rounds of seed funding from Cradle Fund and was launched at MIPCOM 2010 supported by MDEC and MATRADE.
