• Closely monitoring, supervising and advice all the commercial activities carry by the EPCM Contractor according to Contract (FIDIC) with Target Maximum Price (TMP) & Openg Book concept. Involve in all the tender Interview & Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Variation Order Assessment and Negotiation, Contract Dispute Resolutions.
• Monitoring and control the work process, Advice and resolve contractual matters according to Contract conditions. This included from sellection of potential contractor, throughout out the entire tendering Process until Contract awarded which included Monthly progress claim, V.O valuation until the Final account.
• Project Management Consultant (Singapore)

• As a Client (Dexcom Malaysia) Commercial Representative in the Project for the first Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems manufacturing facility outside United States.
• Closely monitoring, supervising, and advising on all the commercial activities carried out by the Management Contractor according to the Contract (FIDIC) First Edition (1999 Red Book) with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment. Involve in all the tender interview, negotiation, contract negotiation, variation order assessment, and contract dispute resolutions.
• Managed contract negotiations with clients and the management contractor.
• Ensured all changes to existing contracts were documented and approved in accordance with established policies.

• As the Head of the Contract Department for the New Business Unit developing the New Integrated Township project for the land size of 1,700 acres located in Penang Mainland.
• Manage and control the budget of the development from preliminary feasibility studies, allocating a budget for every precinct development until the budget for every single parcel.
• Manage and control the work for the entire pre- and post-contract process. This included the selection of potential contractors, throughout the entire tendering process until the contract was awarded, which included monthly progress claims, V.O. valuation, and the final account.
• Provided cost information and data for value engineering analysis.
• Ensure all work and documentation by the contract team is completed according to company SOPs, policies, and bylaws.

• 394 units of single- and double-storey residential terrace houses.
• 498 units of single and double-storey residential houses, which include terrace, semi-detached, cluster, and bungalow.

• Musical Fountain (100-meter width).
• Kingfisher Bridge (100-meter-long pedestrian bridge over the lake).
• Double-storey Sales Gallery and Office (GFA around 40,000 sqft).
• Various landscape projects in the new township development. Awarded value around RM 12 million.
• Master Infrastructural Project in New Township Development. Estimated project value is around RM120 million.

• As a client representative (Infineon Technology), I support the project for the new German wafer fabrication for the power semiconductor factory located at High Technology Park in Kulim, Malaysia. Project value is around RM200 million (Ringgit Malaysia), and the floor area is around 12 hectares.
• Ph0.75 Project mainly involves completing the full process and chemical system (e.g. Special Gas System, UPW Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Piping System, Bulk Gas Purifier, Piping System, etc. In the new Fab2, which continues from the Ph0.5.
• The main role is to closely monitor, supervise, and advise on all the commercial activities carried out by the EPCM Contractor in the GMP agreement. Involve in all the tender interview, negotiation, contract negotiation, variation order assessment, and contract dispute resolutions.
• Change order assessment, commercial and contract negotiation with the EPCM contractor, and advise the client for the best of the contractual interest and value for money.

• In charge of the branch of 40 people to oversee several projects located in Shenyang and the Northeast area of China.
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the full QS services provided to the client according to company standards, policies, and bylaws.
• The QS Services provide the following: Initial Project Budgeting, Pre-Tender Estimation of all packages, Main Contractor and Subcontract Tender activities and evaluation, awarding contracts, contract negotiation, interim payment, V.O. valuation and negotiation, and final account of all the packages.

• Mixed development Project: Project Value around RMB 2.2 billion, Total Construction Floor Area around 55 hectares.- 1 building of 6 floors Shopping Mall, 1 Office tower and 7 residential blocks.
• Residential Project: Project Value around RMB 800 million. Total Construction Floor Area around 14.8 hectares- 20 blocks of 8 to 13 floor residential building with 1000 number of Car Park Spaces.
• Renovation and Upgrade Project: Fit Out Project Value around RMB 320 million, The On-going business 6 floors luxury apartment stores in Center Beijing City.

• As a Project QS, I led a team of two Assistant QS in the Show & Ride team at Universal Studios Singapore Theme Park.
• Involved in the Universal Studio Singapore project, the construction floor area is around 20 hectares.
• Task involved managing, handling, and valuating contractors' monthly progress claims, contract administration, cost estimation, VO assessment, quantity take-off, final account negotiation and settlement, and contract dispute resolution.
• Ensure that all contractual notices are issued in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
• Project administration and documentation include the preparation of interim valuations, pricing, contract variations, and final account closure.
• Involved in the arbitration process by preparing systematic and structured information for the dispute arising from the works package at Universal Studios Singapore.

• Providing cost engineering services in oil and gas contracts: tender evaluation for directional drilling, drilling fluids, drilling cementing, and well testing services contracts.
• Involved in the process of tendering for the Falkirk Rugby Club House renovation.
• Under secondment to the QS role at First Engineering Ltd. The main responsibilities are to deal with the final work in the final account stage for the project of expanding the railway tracks and station in Aberdeen-Raith's farm, with a contract value of around £12.8 million.
