- Install the software for the staff.
- Contributed to development of knowledge base for IT support, reducing resolution times for common issues.
- Troubleshot technical issues as they arose, working closely with IT support staff to minimize downtime.
- Activate the licensed software for the staff.
- Fixing and resolving some minor issues, for example: SharePoint error, overheating, etc.
- Checking the office's general equipment stock.
