I have acquired extensive experiences in supporting directors and leaders in the Telecommunications industry. Those experiences especially cover the fields of Customer Services to Device Management as well as the Supply Management field which includes forecasting, planning, 3PL and 4PL managements, product trainings as well as handling operational matters and issues. The much recently acquired experience as a Procurement Contract Manager has been a challenge but definitely is a thrilling ride that contributes greatly to my knowledge of procurement processes and practices currently.
The actions taken to set up and manage the above were as follows;
1. Set up an excel tracker to manage all Contract Expiries and Compliance in terms of the following categories: Timeliness of Contract Creation, Timeliness of Contract Renewal & Timeliness of Contract Archival.
2. Manage the data and contract migration to the Contract Management System to ensure that the contracts a available for references by all parties within the company.
3. Set up a systematic Contract softcopy repository that is easily accessible for the company as a whole.
4. Prepare the contract management Dashboard Reporting to the Head of Department and Team Leads so all contract work is duly completed and managed well for the benefit of the company.
