Outpatient care for Paediatric, Obsteteric & Gynaecology Care. Receive first hand ultrasound training attachment in Klinik Kesihatan Tamparuli under MCH department.

Monday till Thursday seeing Obstetric and Gynaecology cases as well as emergency cases and walk-in Neonatal Jaundice cases, treating the patient according to Sabah Obstetric Guidelines

Friday seeing paediatric cases, such as speech delay, poor weight gain and failure to thrive, prolonged jaundice.

Periodically there will be Family Medicine Specialist Visiting (Dr. Tan) and will guide on proper assessment and counseling.

Tuaran Doctors with have CME weekly as per scheduled and guided by FMS

Other FMS that guiding the Medical Officer in Tuaran Regions are Dr. George (FMS Consultant) and Dr. Zikri (FMS)

1st Department Obstetrics & Gynecology, participant in O&G night, conducted CME of Breaking Bad News supervised by O&G Registrar Dr.Ilani. End of posting with 87.1%

2nd Department Medicine, COVID era started and performed Lumbar Puncture procedure guided by Medical Officer (Dr.Fadzli) on Single Attempt on Encephalitis patient on single attempt successful. Joined subspecialty ward Nephrology for 1 month guided by Dr. Ken (Nephrologist). End of posting with 85.0%

3rd Department Orthopedic and Traumatology, Entered subspecialty Rehabilitation Medicine Under guidance of Prof Rashida and Dr. Brenda for 1 month then rotate to Food and Ankle team under Prof Yazid bin Bajuri and Miss Norliyana Mazli for 2 months. In charge of wound dressing and the usage of Zorflex (Charcoal dressing) on Diabetic foot or slow wound healing. Under Prof Yazid for Ward Khas (Specialist Centre) care intermittently. Remaining 2 weeks under Hand team of Prof Shalimar and Mr Parminder. End of posting with 87.2%

4th Department Pediatric under Team Prof Wong Sau Wei (Paeds Neurologist) then change team to Dr. Adli (Paeds Immunologist) Rotated in NICU, Code Pink, Paeds Onco, Paeds ILI ward (COVID screening) and paeds general. End of Posting with 77.5%

5th Department of Surgery under Minimal Invasive Surgery team with guidance of Mr. Guhan and Prof Dato Nik Ritza Kosai then rotated to Vascular team under Mr. Krishna then enter HPB team under guidance of Mr Fahrol. Then covering Neurosurgery and Urology as lacking of houseman. Conduct a CVL insertion procedure guided by Dr.Jane (MO Surgery, Dr. Kamarul). Successful on single attempt. Sent as an emergency task force for taking care of COVID ICU patient in HPKK for 1 month and earned Certificate of Participation for Virtual Basic Critical Care Management Course for Non-Icu Doctors. End of Posting with 89.32%

6th Department of Emergency, covering all zones, green, yellow, red zone and transition zone. CME guided by Dr. Hisham (Emergency Physician) on Diabetic Ketoacidosis. Rotated on Data Entry on waiting time for patient at green zone and yellow zone guided by an Epidemiologist Dr. Husyairi and written a recommendation letter on furthering for Public Health or Epidemiology. Had a training on intubation course by Dr. Azim (Emergency Physician). End of Posting with 90.4%

Became a floating MO at Orthopedic and Traumatology Department under Subspecialty Rehabilitation Medicine under Dr. Brenda, Prof Ammara and Prof Rashida's Guidance
