• Thorough understanding of Health Information Structures & Technology. Possesses the high capability to formulate suitable treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions.
• Capable of prescribing suitable medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
• Ability to assist with major surgical procedures. Proactive to follow-up with the patients. Dedicated time on the proprietary platform during duty hours.
• Thorough Process knowledge of performing head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy. This includes pediatric, geriatric and the general patient population.
• Thorough knowledge of cardiac monitoring,
• Skillful in treating patients and their families with respect and dignity.
• Identifies and addresses the psycho social, cultural, ethnic, and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families.
• Functions as a liaison between administration, patients, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Capable of maintaining good working relationships with all departments and physicians, and staff members.
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance, wears nametag at all times.
