Project: Geoscience - Drilling Campaign, Location: Philippines Water Client: Shell/Rubicon Onboard: Teknik Wira Drilling Vessel Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: ▪ Directly responsible hands-on overall site coordination of HSE related matters, plan, coordinate, monitoring and implement OSH Policy on board & onshore corporate office. ▪ Communication between HSE management and field staff ▪ Conduct site internal HSE meeting, TBT and safety training program for all employees. ▪ Co-ordinate Monthly HSE Campaign e.g., Campaign hand & finger injury; Proactive Intervention Culture. ▪ Monitor and analyze safety performance trends and identify areas for continuous improvement. ▪ Cascading Hazard Alert and Hazard pack to all crew via shift meeting. ▪ Updating Training & Medical Matrix for Construction crew on board/ platform. ▪ Coordinate safety briefing for the incoming and outgoing crew on board/platform. ▪ Conduct daily, weekly walkabout on board/platform to ensure a safe workplace. ▪ Compile overall HSE reports, statistics, and records on daily, weekly & monthly for submission to Head Office ▪ Compilation of daily UCUX and disseminate the findings to crews on board/ platform. ▪ Compile accident & Incident investigation reports promptly for the company & clients. ▪ Conduct emergency drill/ ship exercise, rescue, and oil pollution control. ▪ Vessel Safety Inspection and related equipment
Project: Construction Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: ▪ To design a safety program consistent with DOSH requirements that sets up processes to reduce accidents and work-related injuries. ▪ To design procedures and forms for internal reporting of compliance with safety procedures as well as program violations, curative steps, accidents, and injuries. ▪ Analyzes workforce accidents and injuries to determine where process changes, communication, or training needs improvement. ▪ Develops and manages reports for company management, also recommends and implements program changes where necessary. ▪ To ensure DOSH requirements are followed and prepares the company for audits. ▪ Supervises staff safety officers and ensures coverage when the company operates.
