  • Led program management (CHRO Office) in HR strategy implementation for a global client based out of Hong Kong
  • Led initiative tracking across organization for delivery phase, including stakeholder engagement in alignment for deliverables using tools such as Excel and Power BI

  • Led design of Future State Process maps for domains such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Employee Services (end-to-end processes, 95 total)
  • Led the HR Transformation Roadmap deliverable, including all individual components such as PMO interventions, Org Development initiatives, HR technology implementation, and Change Management activities

  • Facilitated Culture Activation Workshops for HR (2x), and Top 200 Leaders (3x Virtual, 1x Physical). Led and presented the Culture as Habits activity for all virtual sessions and the physical session in Singapore

  • Crafting Hiring Manager interview playbooks for all 14 consulting offerings, with detailed explanations on variations for each interview process, and streamlining the administrative work required for interviews

  • Supported in the design of AP Playbook, specifically in the areas pertaining to Ecosystems, Performance Management frameworks (where I eventually led a learning session for Ecosystems)
