• Introduction of entire formulations of all Nitrile/Chloroprene/Poly- isoprene and Latex Products.
• Introduction of 30% energy saving formula and increased the production output of the plant by 40%.
• Launched a CSR project to introduce glove packing to 2000 prisoners in Thailand and involved prisoners” labor into productivity and value addition, such a project was undertaken for the first time in the Thailand history, consequently, was awarded as the best CSR Project.
• Participates in many global trade fairs (Europe/USA/Japan/Australia/Korea) and was successful in marketing the products and getting the plants filled up with forward orders.
• Introduction of glove sourcing (Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam) and converted the factory output into value added high margin products.
