Job Purpose
Leading and managing the Global Risk Management System (RMS) and administration team or encoding process. Provide support and reduce the administration workload for the underwriters.

Leading and managing the P & C administration team for encoding process. Provide support and reduce the administration workload for the underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the admin team, and ensure that the admins have the required processing knowledge to perform the given task.
• Provide assistance to Underwriters by registering new businesses and archiving any declines, endorsements in various systems based on the deadlines given.
• Liaising with Underwriters to track and register any bound risks.
• Liaising with claims and accounting colleagues to collate and produce monthly or quarterly premium-claims bordereaux for cases whereby bordereaux are sent directly to accounting/claims and not to underwriters.
• Providing support to Underwriters on filing physical signed slip or other signed documents and archiving bound and declined offer documents in Doxis system.
Key Responsibilities:
· Once a loan is originated by a loan officer, the paperwork is handed over to a loan processor.
· To prepare and organize an applicant's file before sending it to a management lender for approval.
· Prepare letters of credit, facilitate closings, help with marketing, and make sure clients understand the complex loan terms they're agreeing .
· Will filing documents, entering data about loan applications, following up with various departments about the loan process, answering phone calls.
· Calculate principal and interest payments due from the customer.
· Prepare and assemble all required documents for loan approval process, obtaining additional information as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
· To prepare insurance report, obtain quotes and present final report to new client.
· To prepare renewal documents at least one month before expiry date.
· To ensure that all confirmations of risks place with insurer are obtained in writing.
· To assist to Departmental Head in the overall operations of the unit.
· To give advice to clients to any matters pertaining to their insurance portfolio and to serve in the interest of the clients based on the prescribed policy.
· To follow up and liaise with clients, insurance companies and relevant authority on any matters pertaining to their insurance portfolio, broking documentation, assisting Claims Dept. on settlement of claims or other matters related to broking services and insurance.
· To ensure prompt billing to clients as well as prompt collection of premiums from client and to ensure that the CBC and premium Warranty requirements are being complied with.
