- Administrating & Managing Suppliers' / Subcontractors subcontracts Assisting in resolving contract disputes.
- Effectively executing the procurement policies, strategies and objectives of the overall Project.
- Provide consultation in relation to the requirements and implications of the Utilities Contract.
- Developing opportunities to improve existing procurement processes Assisting team members in the selection of appropriate suppliers and subcontracts Administrating the Tender process.
- Regular reporting on the status of contracts. Internal and external correspondence on contractual matters as required. Assist in resolving contract payment disputes and confer with contractors and other business units concerning contract payments and compliance.
- Reviewing contract Progress claim payments/retentions and audits.
- Compiling required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Liaison with Clients and Subcontractors regarding commercial and contractual matters.
-Support the preparation of multiple Job Status Reviews on a monthly basis. -
- Controlling the cost, planning, reviewing, and forecasting the project budget on monthly basis.
