Summary

As a final-year BSc Psychology student at APU, I am passionate about mental health advocacy, research, and creative content. My final year project focuses on the relationship between self-esteem and social competence among undergraduates. I have hands-on experience in psychological assessments like the PEP-3(Psychoeducational Profile, Third Edition), SGS( Schedule of Growing Skills) and IEP sessions through my internship at the 2-Way Center, with whom I collaborated with and coordinated a camp partricipation for APU student volunteers with students of the center.

I has participated in and aid facilitated multiple workshops, events and key sessions on mental health and wellness.

In addition to my academic pursuits, producing creative skills including photography, videography and graphic design all skills that has been applied in events for both the university.

My professional development includes workshops on Autism Spectrum Care, Mental health, and play therapy.
