2. Created a Master File compilation on 180 authorised dealers under Honda based on Sales Order and Delivery related to Spare Parts, Accessories, Lubricants for analysis breakdown.
3. Created a Master File compilation on Purchase Orders from the list of 46,000+ products for forecast breakdown and product development (Introducing Part Packages, Service Campaign) for Business Target Setting Achievement
4. Main point contact in providing all Honda products through reports, data analysis and forecast planning in operations.
5. Providing support in big events such as MotoGP, other Honda roadshows

Responsibilities:

• Provide product feasbility and analysis of revenue improvement.
• Plan, analyse, review and implement product strategies
• Forecast demand and supply and present positive / negative impacts on the data analysis
• Monitor and analyze market outlook, industry data, competitor analysis and customer behaviour for business improvement
• Responsible for monitoring and gather monthly sales orders for analysis in improvement on revenue for target achievement
• Manage products improvement and automating production planning processes effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Extracting and compiling data from multiple sources for monthly report in the form of Excel File, Powerpoint for Management presentation and review.
• Support and execute business opportunities and risks for future business planning
• To plan, execute businesse business targets and progress in quarterly section tree plan and yearly target achievement

• Develop order entry, maintenance, customer information, part information, synchronize customer Purchase Order, Promise Ship Date and Requested Ship Date, maintain customer Forecasts and follow up on any changes in customer shipment dates
• Obtain customer revenue forecast, drive customer loading and shipment to meet planned revenue
• Verify accuracy of purchase orders details to ensure the part number, pricing, MOQ, ship mode and request ship date are correct before SO entry

• Customer-Relationship Management
• Raise RFQ and Pricing Alignment with customer
• Function as the main focal contact with customers
• Manage demand exceptions, inventory and supply
• Advise customer on committed ship dates and ensure on time delivery
• Assuring engineering changes are implemented and associated costs are reimbursed by customers
• Managing Plexus Performance to meet Customers' Expectations
• Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers
• Responsible to align with customers on actual performance data after month end closing
• Participate in production pack plan alignment discussion
• Monitor customer escalation and ensure customer satisfaction with effective actions taken
• Prepare Master Production Schedule, optimizing the use of available resources and coordinate with related departments to ensure product, volume and shipment are meeting targeted levels
• Release and Maintenance of Work Orders in system based on Customers' Purchase Order Requirements, and commit shipments against required dates
