- Supervise the subordinates and assign duties to them daily. Ensure smooth work’s flows and optimize the use of machines and accessories to increase production.
- Planning daily manpower resources and delegate machining jobs to operators. Also, planning overtime if necessary to achieve jobs schedule.
- Organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.
- Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities.
- Calculate the raw materials, ingredients and packaging before the production.
- Records inventory materials , maintain log of inventory stocks and order materials.
- Train, motivate and guide subordinates and maintain discipline amongst all operations staff.
- Ensure SOPs, cGMP and Safety regulations are followed. Create SOPs, Eg. CIP Machines & Machines SOP.
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to cGMP & ISO & HACCP standards.
- Maintain adequate house-keeping standards in the production.
- Routinely evaluate employee performance and identify training needs. Coach and counsel employees for performance, attendance and behavior. Participate in the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Report raw material / Finished product characteristic to QC of regular intervals. E.g. raw material - foreign particle, colour appearance, texture, odour.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Head of Production.
- Submit Monthly Workers’ OT, Claims to HOD.
- Plan and approve operator leave requests to ensure smooth production.
- Record daily production output into Netsuite system.
