Position: Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities/Achievements:
❖ managing main key account and responsible for P/L accountability
❖ participate in the quotation process and follow up the outcome of each quotation for assigned account. Responsible from the RFQ, project awarded to NPI, mass production until product EOL (end of life)
❖ act as a main communication bridge between customer and internal team for existing customer and new customer startup.
❖ prepare project planning, ensure new project startup (NPI) well coordinated across all related department to meet customer requirements and delivery plan.
❖ prepare overview, identify issues and provide solution to customer to ensure project running according to planning. Update customer regularly on project status
❖ monitor inventory and ensure obsolete materials are reported and claim from the customers
❖ monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customer until receive payment
❖ maintain good customer relationship (customer management), regular meet up with customer for project discussion and new project opportunity.
❖ Key Account for Signify and manage internal team from PNE SZ factory for new project and existing project.
❖ Assist Team Leader for existing project and life cycle management.
❖ Become Leader, responsible to oversee team and ensure NPI is meet customer requirement and delivery schedule. Review costing, ensure margin is profitable for company, before submission to Head of BD for final approval.
❖ Act as main role to help team when they facing issues (from internal/external), provide guidance and suggestion ensure problem solved, customers expectation fulfilled.
