-Administer full-cycle monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
-Prepare and present HR-related reports for management review and decision-making.
-Manage payroll components including overtime, allowances, and government statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, LHDN).
-Handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001, and AS9100:2016 standards
-Responsible in full spectrum of monthly payroll function that includes preparation and processing monthly payroll and to ensure all documentation so are complying with internal standard and statutory requirements.
-Prepare relevant HR reports for management review & actions.
-Responsible in processing including overtime,allowances & government statutory management.
-Responsible in handling Recruitment & Staffing,Training,Employee Relations,Manpower Planning,Compensation & Benefits other HR related support service & function.
-Handle the full cycle recruitment activities including screen resumes and interviews.
-Participate in annual salary and benefit survey.
-Coordinate annual staff performance evaluation exercise.
-Maintain employee records,including performance and remuneration information to ensure the ongoing integrity of HR System.
-Manage and monitor employee administration such as updating leave management system,probation and confirmation periods, and staff movement.
-Handle employees probationary/confirmation/promotion/salary adjustment/yearly increment appraisal documentation.
-Liaise with governmental bodies (EPF,SOCSO,INCOME TAX,HRDF/Labor Office and others) to ensure the legality and compliance matters.
-Preparing memo,circulation to the public for their awareness and compliance.
-Monitor & manage staff medical benefits, liaise with company's insurance agent on matters pertaining to insurance coverage (Medical Benefits, GPA, GHS)
-Handle Foreign Worker renewal,apply new batch of FW and others related tasks.
-Organised company annual dinner,monthly event or staff retreat program.
-Upkeep confidential administration and documentation duties such as letter of appointment,confirmation,salary adjustment and other HR related letters.
