2) External water reticulation (distance is 5.5 Kilometer from site), tapping from Pudu Ulu reservoir
3) External Sewerage reticulation (distance is 800 meter from site)
4) External Drainage (distance is 800 meter from site)
5) 3 nos of Pedestrian link bridges, total length of the bridges is about 100 meter
6.) Expansion of Monorail and LRT Ampang line Hang Tuah Station (extra 10,000 sqft) to integrate with BBCC development.
Malaysia Project: -
i. New build petrol station project – Esso Bangi (Selangor), Esso Danga NB (Johor), Esso Grand Saga NB & SB (Cheras), Esso Jln Tengerri (Penang), Esso Putra Height (Selangor).
ii. Under Ground Tank Replacement Project – Total 15 Esso & Mobil station involve in this project throughout the year of 2007 which located around west Malaysia like Johor, Penang, Kedah, Seremban, Grik and etc.
iii. Brand Harmonization project inclusive of pump dispenser replacement program, vapour recovery stage 1 program, pump dispenser refurbishment, c-store renovation, Logo replacement for all Esso & Mobil Petrol Station in West Malaysia. The project started in Johor (completed 43 station) and continues to Klang Valley (completed 55 station), Selangor then Penang.
Singapore Project (3 months in Singapore, from June – August 2007): -
i. Demolish & Rebuild petrol station project – Esso Sengkang, Esso Lorong Chuan.
Hong Kong Project (12 Months occasional travel to Hong Kong, from Jan 2009 – Jan 2010)
i. Demolish & Rebuild petrol station project – Esso Stanley, Esso Fanling.
ii. Under Ground Tank Replacement – Esso Broadway (this station is underneath a high rise

i. Kiara Hill Development – Construction of Micro Pile for 5 Bungalow Lot
ii. Service Apartment Development at Shah Alam – Construction of Injection RC Pile.
Overseas Project, Caribbean Island - Trinidad & Tobacco (4 months in Trinidad, from November 2005 – January 2006, and March 2006 – May 2006)
i. Development of Government office building – Construction of Bore pile, contiguous bore pile and Pile Cap. Resolve Test pile problem, review and resolve bored pile construction method base on the soil condition, setting up de-sanding plant and involve overall planning for bored pile construction to achieve completion date.
Malaysia Project: -
i. Putrajaya Government office building at Lot 2G3 & 2G4 (Jun to Dec 2001) – Construction of Diaphragm Wall, Ground Anchor & Micro Pile.
ii. Putrajaya Government office building / Ministry of Finance Office Block (Nov 2001 to Feb 2002) – Repair water leaking Diaphragm Wall at Basement.
iii. Putrajaya LRT 104 Zone 2 (Dec 2001 to Aug 2002) – Construction of temporary soldiers pile wall inclusive of Waller beam and temporary ground anchor.
iv. New Pantai Highway Bridge 12 (Aug 2002 to Feb 2003) – Construction of Bore Pile.
v. High End Condominium Development at Damansara Perdana (Feb 2003 to Feb 2004) - Construction of Bore Pile and Pile cap. Challenges of this site is need to construct the pile at 45 degree slope and lot of temporary plat form need to build for 100 ton boring rig to work.
vi. Olympic Council Malaysia office Block (June to Aug 2003) – Construction of Bore Pile.
vii. Bangsar Village shopping center (Feb to Dec 2004) – Construction of bore pile, pile cap and basement work using semi top down method. Challenges of this site is construction of basement work where we need to construct a ring slab at basement 1 then excavate and remove soil until basement 3.
viii. Mid Valley City Mix Development, Phase 2 – The Gardens (Dec 2004 to Aug 2005) – Construction of Diaphragm Wall, Bored Pile, Ground Anchor and Soil nail.
