Sales Support
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Attend visitors and guests including serving refreshment, arrange accommodation and transportation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, courier and delivery services
- Greet and direct all visitors including suppliers, clients and job candidates in a professional manner
- Attend customer complaints via office fixed line and walk-in customer by taking down the complaints details
- Handle customer stocks return by getting the customer to fill up the return form and update in the system (if quality department representative is not available)
- Renew company product certificate (SPAN & SURUHANJAYA TENAGA) yearly basis
- Handle product registration for SIRIM.
