In this preschool, I had applied the play-based strategies to provide diverse approaches to learning for young children. I also gave one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group. While designed creative lesson plans, I incorporated hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences to foster curiosity and engagement in young learners. Hence, I maintained organized, fun and interactive classroom to help children feel safe. Lastly, I had observed children to identify individuals in need of additional support and developed strategies to improve assistance.

For enhanced their sensory and perceptual-motor skills, language, cognition, and memory development, I employed both traditional and modern educational strategies and techniques. Additionally, I also implemented developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children, creating positive, and safe classroom environments. Of course, I had give the children many hands-on learning opportunities that encouraged exploration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills among them.
I had assessed student progress using various evaluation methods, adjusting instructional strategies as needed for optimal results of children. Besides, I had implemented effective behavior management strategies for children with diverse needs, promoting a respectful and positive classroom culture. Then, to improved language skills for young learners I done a lot of storytelling, reading books, and interactive games activities for them. Moreover, I also design the age-appropriate development lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, promoting intellectual curiosity and growth.
