• As an EP Clinical Sales Specialist, my role combines hands-on clinical support with technical expertise and strategic account management. Each day begins in the EP lab, where I provide real-time guidance during complex cardiac ablation procedures, ensuring optimal system performance of 3D mapping technologies and therapeutic catheters. Working side-by-side with cardiologists, I analyze intracardiac signals and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise during critical moments of patient care. This position demands constant adaptability to unpredictable hospital schedules, the ability to perform under intense pressure, and the clinical knowledge to support life-saving interventions - challenges I embrace as opportunities to make a meaningful difference in patient care.

During my biomedical engineering internship at Mahkota Medical Centre, I assisted in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment such as patient monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators. I contributed to preventive maintenance tasks, updated equipment records in the CMMS database, and ensured compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, I supported clinical staff by providing technical assistance and basic training on device operation. The internship also exposed me to equipment installations, risk assessments, and hospital IT systems, enhancing my skills in medical device management and interdisciplinary collaboration in a healthcare setting.

My position required me to answer inbound calls involving technical issues such as internet outages or failed wireless routers, and then I had to escalate the customer's problem to the appropriate team. My experience in this position has helped me develop excellent communication skills. Although there are moments when it can be quite stressful due to the fact that the job requires me to make decisions on the spot, at the end of the day, it felt rewarding when I was able to assist and help customers solve their problems. The most difficult aspect of it all is still having to deal with irate customers while simultaneously managing a large number of incoming calls.

Despite the fact that it was only a two-weeks short-term part-time position, it was a wonderful experience for someone like me who enjoys trying something new that involves different job scopes. It was a shift that lasted for 12 hours and involved a lot of task splitting. Every member of the team receives meticulous attention from the supervisory staff. Training was given to make sure that each crew would be able to provide the highest level of service possible to customers for the entirety of the time that the book fair was being hosted. Because our customers come from a variety of cultural and racial backgrounds, it is necessary that we are able to communicate in more than one language. Even though the working hours are quite lengthy, you won't even notice the passage of time because you'll be so busy making connections with so many people.

A position in education that gives me the opportunity to learn how to stimulate a child's ability through a variety of teaching techniques including songs, stories, media, games, and the arts, among other things. Help toddlers develop their ability for cooperation and sharing through activities. Keep an eye on how the children are interacting with one another and make sure they are following the rules regarding safety and educational standards.

A work that I did on the weekends as a side gig that required me to use my analytical thinking skills and be able to effectively manage my time in order to assist with quality assurance in the kitchen while also keeping guests happy and refreshed.
