Procurement and Sourcing:

• Identify and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers
• Receive Quotes: Collect and organize quotations from suppliers by the specified deadline.

Quotation Evaluation:

Comparison: Evaluate quotations based on factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and compliance with RFQ requirements.
Analysis: Perform a detailed analysis of quotes to determine the best value and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.

Supplier Negotiation:

• Discuss Terms: Negotiate with suppliers to refine terms, pricing, and other conditions as needed.
  Final Offer: Request final offers or revised quotes if necessary to achieve the best deal.

Supply Chain Optimization:

• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Checking & confirming customer orders status on pick up and deliveries.
• Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.
• Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure requirements are met.
• To coordinate with operations to ensure client’s shipments arrive and delivered on time.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and reduce shortages.
  • Creating shipment jobs and billings using the company’s
  Freight Management System (ERP).

• - Receive and perform first cut diagnostic on warranty items from outlets before hand over to corresponding technical team or supplier. -Provide training for new outlet staffs for inputs from performing basic diagnostic to the business process of the warranty claim. - Actively Involve in CPU assembly project and able to perform simple CPU assembly flawlessly to meet shipment on time. - Respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution - Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment following ensure resolution - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution - Respond to customer inquiries via email or telephone and make sure that any problems they are experiencing about their products are resolved and customer satisfaction.
