Proposed Construction , completion and maintenance of New Seremban Interchange and Toll Plaza ( Jan 2013-April 2014).

Rensponsibility

• Report directly to Senior Project Manager (SPM).

• Liason consultant, Subcontractor, suppliers, local authorities and landowners.

• Ensure implementation of work compliance to the approved construction drawings and meet Client's specifications.

• Monitor of works for timely completion of project.

• Quality inspection and join measurement of completion works with consultant.

• To be responsible in preparation of work method statements and other project deliverables and ensure its compliance at planning and implementation stage.

• To coordinate measurement of works done by main works contractor and onward certification by the supervision consultant.

• To be responsible for the production of site reports including Site Diary, Progress Reports and Inspection and Test Reports.

Responsibility

• The company has assigned me as one of their reliable to discuss technical issues with project's consultant.

• I have successfully planned and executed the Traffic Management Schemes (TMS) of the project with the collaboration of local authorities

• Implementation and monitor projects progress by overseeing the coordination of work, assisting in the scheduling of construction activities with the objective of ensuring timely completion of the project with the quality and budget required.

• Report to Senior Project Manager the status of works going on and to involved in valuation/joint measurement for interim progress claim with contractor.
