• Manages a group of new product under the business segments to ensure Planning readiness in supporting successful engineering activities, factory qualification, PRQ achievement and HVM startup, by working closely with NPP, NPI and other stakeholders.
• Own to ensure healthy engineering/customer samples supply to meet demand through coordinating the Engineering build plan management processes among divisions and factory stakeholders, includes ensuring die/material/capacity availability. Participates in line execution issue (induced by Planning) and work out solutions to ensure smooth factory execution and no impact to NPI/Revenue products.
• Participates in factory RRP (resource requirement planning) / Gameplan as needed to drive supply support plan needed for both engineering and production builds.
• Applied lean and drive continuous improvement in engineering build plan process. Engage in projects throughout the PLC (project life cycle) for both business process / tool & system improvements.
• Partners with engineering, integration, division, and factory to support build for customer samples, new product/process improvement evaluation lots, qual lots, and other non-revenue lots.

• Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management.
• Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners. Responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.
• Responsible for Inventory optimization / overall inventory cost reduction effort and coordination for Vacuum Pump Division by meeting quarterly target for FG $ and DOH.
• Responsible for meeting Vacuum Pump Division monthly shipment / revenue target by executing, monitoring, coordinating and liaising with production, procurement & engineering team.
• Responsible for overall ocean trip / shipment planning, coordination and execution to reduce freight cost (against air shipment).
• Hold the main role in production build plan process and standardization. Successfully standardizing build plan across multiple divisions resulting in a lean & efficient approach in executing and planning for output.
• Key person in charge responsible for driving and meeting customer requested delivery date expectations and overall company's goal for Vacuum Pump Division for make & buy parts.
  

• Coordinate with BROADCOM leadership team on quarterly goals and demand plan.
• Receive weekly demand from customer and commit on time.
• Generate weekly build and shipment plan to support customer demand
• Coordinate with customer from time to time for expedite shipment and work with Operation/Logistic team for bottle neck process or constraint (if any).
• Based on customer 6 months forecast, review on weekly/monthly capacity to support shipment and coordinate with production and engineering to maximize output
• To coordinate with material team and buyer to have material delivery to meet production requirements.
• Manage Aging inventory with no exposure from time to time
• Monitor and review on daily production output and WIP flow to meet delivery
  

• Involvement in both pre- and post-silicon lab planning activities for multiple product segments; Servers, Chipset, SoC & Clients.
• Successfully achieved PRQ on more than ten product packages receiving a numbers of Excellent Achievement division recognition award with significant business unit impact.
• Facilitated product segments daily meeting in safety, quality, test program deliverable and roadmap, task priorities, tester utilization, sample build status and build plan.
• Intel Penang representative and site approval for multiple workgroup in job related software systems.
• Responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link. This include development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan & capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.
• Drives continuous process & project improvements, involved in product setup/readiness, staying on top of equipment roadmap timeline.

I worked as a contract worker for Manpower and was assigned under Intel Technology under the job role Inventory Control. 

• Maintained an average of 97% inventory accuracy including but not limited to order reconciliation, cycle counts, directing of physical inventory counts.
  
• Responsible for data accuracy in system, integrity in the maintenance of inventory analysis and problem solving with regards to inventory discrepancies.
  
• Managed the entire system inventory modules updating of goods receipts, transfer, conversion and adjustments.
• Performed monthly stock check for control of inventory accuracy and timely verification of stocks movement record.
• Monitored production daily and output and yield and work closely with production teams on accountability and productively issue.
