• Ensure punctuality at place of work. Observe all safety precautions.
• Manage an operational area in order to reach defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
• Organize work to achieve company target while demonstrating commitment to meet team objectives.
• Manage issue and solve problem within the shift to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure cell 5S and Kaizen projects are delivered aligned to the company’s requirement.

• Perform disassembly and assembly of CFM and LEAP engines which powers A320, A320 Neo, 737-800 Boeing and 737 MAX in accordance with appropriate documentation and manufacturer's manual & certifying the task.
• Maintenance and care of tools and equipment in the work area.
