Customer Service Experience

• Welcome customers and provide information on stores, services, membership, and promotions.
• Assist with membership registration, explain benefits, and handle related issues.
• Handle customer complaints, refund cases, and basic emergency situations.
• Respond to emails, chat (TCSS), and phone calls.

Cashier Duties

• Process payments using POS system (discounts, voids, card payments).
• Fix basic POS and card machine issues, including offline situations.

• Managed customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including Facebook Messenger, Shopee Chat, WhatsApp, Lazada, email, and phone, addressing questions, complaints, and product information to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supported sales by assisting customers with orders, processing returns, and guiding them on product features and reservations.
• Coordinated special orders, arranged driver pickups, and provided diverse payment options to streamline transactions.
• Collaborated with customers, management, and the sales team to identify needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Performed administrative tasks, including printing and organizing order lists from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada, processing AWBs via EasyParcel or FB Live, filing documents, and handling ad hoc tasks related to shipping and packing.

• Welcomed and seated guests, managed reservations and handled guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Managed seating charts to optimize guest experience and ensured timely, friendly service.
• Demonstrated menu knowledge, took orders, recommended seasonal promotions and set menus.
• Collaborated with team members, assisting with side duties such as cleaning, stocking, and table setup.
