Chin is currently the Managing Partner of CCS & Co.. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA") and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (“CTIM”), and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant("ASEAN CPA"). His credentials include being an Approved Company Auditor, a Licensed Tax Agent, and a Chartered Accountant ("CA") of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Chin has over 25 years of experience in the financial and corporate sectors, and his primary areas of competence are audit, management accounting, financial planning, corporate consultancy, transfer pricing, human resources, and taxation.
As a certified HRD Corp Trainer, Chin's tax knowledge is in high demand, and he is a frequent trainer/facilitator for tax workshops in Malaysia, where he has spoken on topics such as Malaysian Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), Sales and Services Tax ("SST"), Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Labour Law.
His points of view have also been broadcast on television and published in the press.
