Project leader for Burn-In Tiles embedded systems project in Electrical and Electronic Department.
Producing, Repair, Maintenance, Calibrating 'Controller' that control the amount or current output in Customer side.
Technical support for machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, and trouble-shooting, repairing and preventive maintenance with service reports at customer side.
Able to read schematic diagram and really good in troubleshooting PCB board failure that control the current output.
Enable customers to customize test flows that significantly reduce their design-to-volume-production test time and costs, while improving overall performance, quality and functionality. Service and buy off at local and oversea such as Thailand, China,Vietnam and Japan.
Dealing with fault isolation, failure analysis and yield enhancement.
Dealing with customer and always conduct a proper training on machine.
Make modification in the machines and also improve the overall performance and know about the machine in detail.
Have to keep an inventory of equipment required for the repair work such as multimeter, sourcemeter etc.
Have to work on improving the performance of the machine.
Responsible for the day-to-day planning, management and control of the project.
Achieved recognition within the team as a technical resource for providing strategic solutions to hardware and software issues.
PC setup such as install the mother board and pc part, setup window installation and repair window system.
