  • I have switched from Program Manager role to Business Proposal Manager within the same organization.
  • Major Responsibilities at Celestica GBS
  • Primary ownership in understanding and communicating RFQ and business requirements, scheduling, coordinating, compiling and delivering high quality business proposals/quotes on a timely and consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with Business Group in the pursuit win strategy development process, lead kick-off meetings and other milestone meetings. Google account is one of the main account in my portfolio which this customer contributed over 40% of the overall CLS revenue.
  • Manage the proposal development process to ensure goals are met and adherence to proposal schedule. Besides that, I also responsible to integrate with stakeholder team and established deadlines to business proposal services team.
  • Working closely with the sales and the business team to understand the key elements of the proposals
  • Collect, consolidated and analyze data in order to identify the relevant cost drivers. Besides that, coordinate and compile the proposals, aligning with the Client from creation of an outline through to customer submission.
  • Own and drive the approval process to ensure immediate approvals required with the executive’s team including the presentation of financial analysis regarding cost/ price competitiveness, recommendation to make a product. Finally, the responsibilities also cover the compliance of relevant process and approval policy.
