Embedded Systems Programming: Master Mind Application

• To implement a simple instance of the 'MasterMind' board-game, using C and ARM assembler as implementation language. This project run on an Raspberry Pi 2 or 3, with the following attached devices: two LEDs, a button, and an LCD (with attached potentiometer for controlling contrast).

Verifying Key Length Guesses: Vigen'ere Cipher

• To write a Python program that takes a ciphertext as input encrypted with a Vigen'ere Cipher and a guess of one or more possible key lengths, and outputs the value of the index of coincidence (IC) for each key length guess, as well as an indication of which guess is most likely correct.

Known-plaintext attack: Symmetric Cipher

• To write a program using a shell script that would find the password and output the remainder digit, which was encrypted using 128-bit AES with CBC mode using openssl with no salting used, and using a password, with a digit (0-9) appended to the word before encryption.
