* Under my leadership the team consists have 1 assistant
manager, 1 officer admin, 5 executives (2 executives
based on JB)
My roles and duties are:
1) Implement the SOP for the staff, provide guidance to
ensure timely collection of receivables, sales conversion
and processing legal fees and sales commission
2) Follow the company policies & procedures with effective
of credit control and sales administration to achieve the
sales conversion & collections.
3) Working closely with Finance Department and Project
Department to monitoring & adhering the architect
certificate issue to achievable on sales conversion &
collection.
4) Maintaining a good rapport and working relationship
with bankers to ensure the EF are sufficient and on the
loan approval and conversion of sales.
5) Monitoring the money lending debtor collection reports
and issue the reminder on time
6) Forecast 3 months collection report to Finance Dept
7) Manage the purchaser file ensuring proper
documentation, record keeping and on time filing
8) Problem solving skills
9) Liaise with lawyers, bankers, purchasers and other
relevant authorities to expedite sales conversion and
collection of sales receivable.
10) Prepare weekly reports to finance department
11) Using IFCA to monitor sales & collection reports
