Summary

Dynamic and mission-driven as a Healthcare Strategy & Solutions Consultant – Senior Living with over one decades of deep engagement in aging research, strategic involvement with NGOs, Care operators and related stakeholders in this field of senior healthcare. Former Council Member of the Malaysia Healthy Aging Society (2016–2018) and Associate Secretary of the Gerontological Association of Malaysia (2022–2023), currently applying strategic expertise at RAA Capital Partners.

My journey in the aging sector began with an MBA research project in 2002, which ignited a lifelong commitment to understanding and improving the lives of older adults. Since then, I have been actively involved in volunteer-based exploration and advocacy for the aging population, combining academic inquiry with hands-on community engagement.

Through travel and field studies in countries like Australia and Japan. I have explored innovative retirement resort models and international best practices in senior living operations and wellness delivery—insights that inform my approach to local and regional strategy.

As countries worldwide face the realities of an aging population—amid rising healthcare costs, widening access disparities, and shifting demographic trends—I specialize in developing patient-centered, data-driven, and technology-integrated strategies that enhance quality of life for older adults while ensuring sustainable healthcare delivery and measurable business impact.
