- Assist on planning of annual maintenance of mill which involves major overhaul of Boiler, together with generate reports for maintenance, and JKKP visit.
- Manpower arrangement for each station to ensure smooth operation of mill. Enhanced team productivity by implementing efficient work schedules and task delegation.
- Effectively planned maintenance to reduce unwanted downtime for mill operation.
- Analyzed mill process control data in order to troubleshoot issues of low OER and KER.
- Effectively generate various report for reporting purposes to Head Quarter.
- Assist on management of allocated budget for mill operation.
- Manage various smaller projects such as installed new empty bunch shredder and press, de-sludging aerobic pond, major overhaul of biogas engine and diesel generator, and etc.
- Conducted briefings of Standard Operating Procedure for operation and safety concerns on monthly basis to ensure workers are competent to execute task in daily operation.
- Ensured compliance with all company policies and regulations as well as local laws pertaining to workplace safety.
- Competent person for Palm Oil Mill Effluent Management.
- Competent person for Authorized Gas Tester and Entry Supervisor for confined space.
