Maintenance & Repair Lead

• Effectively manage M&R Engineer by ensuring all Repair works completed within SLA - Service Level Agreement.
• Manage the timeline of M&R Engineer projects to ensure that they are completed in timely manner
• Manage/Track M&R Engineer spending (OPEX and CAPEX) to ensure project cost is within allocated budget.
• Assist and support other engineering related activities as directed by the Engineering Manager.
• Support M&R engineer safety, business critical emergency at station 24X7 to ensure safe operation and minimal business interruption.
• Review all M&R Engineer Quotation and Approve PR creation prior sending out to AMG Manager.
• Approve M&R Engineer CVI / Track CVI pending PR creation.
• Review & Endorse DES / Leave Application / Other Admin prior to sending to AMG Manager for approval.
• Track / Review all M&R Engineer UFO/NMHI/FAV stewardship
• Track Review M&R Engineer Weekly Work Plan
• Manage Retail Sales Area Manager in your Zone

Project / Technical Lead

Strategic & Operational Planning

• Manage effectively in flawless execution for all projects with allocated budget, SSHE, Schedule Timeline & superior finishing quality in support of achieving project goal.
• Focal point for all asset management CAPEX projects.
• Participate in operational meetings with Retail sales, Consultants, Contractors.
• Asset database custodian for nationwide dispenser pump, Environmental UGT & Piping.
• Develop Project fundamental process/guideline for asset Management Group.
• Guide and direct activities of engineers to ensure best practice is achieved.

Costing monitoring

• Develop & review implementation cost estimation for all CAPEX projects – URM, RTA Renewal, Alliance Business, LPG Gasul, ABP, E5B7, NFB
• Prepare all budget submission in term of BISI, AACE and memorandum to management for approval.
• Monitor cost expenditure and ensure the project cost expenditure is within approved budget allocation.
• Prepare and provide input to yearly Capex P&B (Business Plan) under department business line.

Procurement & Tendering

• Prepare tendering documents and qualified bidders list for Procurement to kick start tendering process.
• Provide technical evaluation & feedback to Procurement team prior tender award.
• Review the technical specification for new products prior qualifying them in material list.
• Pre-qualification of new contractors/vendors in technical & safety aspects.

Job Description

• To ensure service provider are practice safety behavior during works.
• To ensure all the project completed in time and has Minimum defects.
• To ensure all work perform follow SMA/FCC. To advice dealer if the scope fall under dealer.
• To verify BQ/Quotation for each Project and make sure there is no additional cost will incur prior request for PO issuance.
• To provide information and update Superior status of work or project.
• To ensure all request from TM, AM are attended timely manner.
• Work closely with Superior team to ensure spending is accordance to the budget.

Job Description

• Coordinate and capture all related scope of works (Rebranding and M&R Rebranding Works) during site scoping and attend to requests from dealer, Field Manager (FM), Territory Manager (TM) and Area Manager (AM).
• Review costing and quantities submission from contractors and vendors for PR/PO issuance.
• Superintends contract including certifying payments and manages provision of design information for implementation purposes.
• Reviews construction schedules, monitors and reports on the progress of work to the Implementation Head weekly.
• Organise and participates in pre-construction meeting with dealer, Field Manager (FM), Territory Manager (TM) and Area Manager (AM) to discuss / brief on final approved SOW for Rebranding and M&R Rebranding.
• Coordinates construction activities and monitor site progress to ensure timely completion of projects-on-hand.
• Coordinates with contractors & vendors and internal parties (Retail, JCI, CR, FMIT, and Dealer) for the whole duration of Rebranding and post-rebranding for other issues that may arise thereafter.
• Organise and coordinate for handover meeting with dealer, Field Manager (FM), Territory Manager (TM) and Area Manager (AM).
• Responsible for site verification/measurement works together with quantity surveyor and respective contractor and vendor.

Job Description

• Responsible for delivery of allocated projects from due diligence to post handover stage.
• Takes detailed briefings from the client’s internal stakeholders, i.e., Area Managers, Territory Managers, Convenience Retailing, Remediation, Procurement etc. and manages stakeholder alignment.
• Visits sites and undertakes the detailed scoping of the works including time, cost, and SHE issues.
• Monitoring project schedules and arranges layouts through the drafting resources.
• Manages site investigations, permitting and services issues. Co-ordinates and oversees preparation of design and contract documentation with Design resources.
• Manages the procurement process and issues, receives and evaluates tenders.
• Manages the construction works and equipment in accordance with the client standard.
• Participates in construction meetings and provides occasional advice to construction Manager on construction issues arising during construction.
• Participates in safety, health and Environment (SHE) which compliance to client SHE standard.

• 2009 / 2010 / 2011 Brand Harmonization (BH) - Completed 55 sites in 2009 (Klang Valley), 98 sites in 2010 (Klang Valley and Northern) and 27 sites in 2011(Northern)
• 2009 / 2010 / 2011 Pump Replacement (PR) - Completed 17 sites in 2009, 22 sites in 2010 and 20 sites in 2011
• 2010 Check Valve removal Program (CVR) - Completed 25 sites in Peninsular Malaysia

Job Description

• Coordinating construction activities and monitoring progress at sites
• Reviews construction schedules, monitors and reports on the progress of work to the Project Manager.
• Reviews site safety plan and JSA’s in accordance with the client’s safety objectives, carries out safety inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinates stakeholders' and vendors' activities.
• Organizes and participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedule, completes inspection checklists and witnesses commissioning testing of systems.
• Reviews contract security and insurances, superintends contract including certifying payments, managing provision of design information to clarify documentation.
• Coordinates authority approvals, obtain "as built" drawings and essential services information.

• Underground Risk Management (URM) - Total replacement of Underground storage tanks, Pipeline, sump system and tank top upgrading.
